Mahip Industries Limited is an ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 22000: 2005 recognised company offering high quality packing materials by following internal quality check parameter at every production stage. It has an installed capacity of 3,500 tons per annum is focused to increase its installed capacity to 8352 tons per annum for FY 2019-20.

Date of Incorporation:

It was incorporated as a private limited company under ‘Care Beverages (India) Limited ‘ at Ahmedabad on 14th November 1995. Eventually, it was reformed to ‘Mahip Industry Limited’ a public limited company on 31st January 2018.


Promoters of Mahip Industries Limited: Mr Rajiv Govindram Agrawal and Rajiv Govindram Agrawal HUF are the promoters of Mahip Industries Limited.

Products and Services Offering: The Company offers varied product portfolio that consists of: Stagguard, Multicolor Printed Cartons, Laminated Corrugated Boxes and  Auto Slot Boxes among several various types of Corrugated Boxes.

Customer Segments: The majority of the customer segments is currently from Gujarat. Although the company plans to expand its business across states.

Some of its well known Clientele includes Twt Textiles Private Limited, Annunay Fab Limited, Citi Exim Private Limited and Surya International among various Clients.

  • - Funding Working Capital Needs (Rs. 1287.22 Lakhs).

  • - General Corporate Expenses (Rs. 250 Lakhs).
