Rajnandini Metal Limited is a value-driven corporate which offers a wide product portfolio in ferrous and Non-ferrous Metals that are used in various electrical and industrial applications. The company acts as a mediator in between manufacturers/ processors/yards and consumers/traders across the nation.  

Date of Incorporation: The company was incorporated as a private limited company namely ‘Rajnandini Metal Private Limited’ at Haryana on 18th March 2010. Thereafter the company was reconstructed into the public limited company renamed to ‘Rajnandini Metal Limited’ on 14th March 2018.

Promoters of Rajnandani Metal Limited IPO: Mr Hetram and Mrs Mithlesh Sharma are the promoters of Rajnandini Metal Limited IPO.

Products and Services Offering: The company offers the diversified product range that is spread across base / primary metals, finished & semi-finished metals, minor metals, ferroalloys, all ferrous & non-ferrous scraps, recyclable plastic scraps, secondary metals & alloys among others. The ranges are further divided into:

  • - Copper Scrap: Mill Berry Copper Wire, Copper Birch Cliff, and Copper Rod.

  • - Aluminium Scrap: Aluminium Tread, Aluminium ingot and Aluminium Taint Tabor.

  • - Brass Scrap: Brass Honey and Brass Scrap.

Customer Segments: The company has customer segments that are spread across the nation. Some of its clientele includes Gupta Metal Sheets Limited, Arcotech Limited, Haryana Metal Traders, Astor Mercantile Pvt. Ltd and Nihon Sales Private Limited among others.
