Sandhar technologies limited is the delhi based company which is mainly involved in automotive component designing and manufacturing which is largely focussed on safety and security system of vehicles. The workforce of sandhar consists of both full time as well as contractual labour force. Around 2300 people are working as full time employees whereas 5300 people are on contractual basis.

Date of establishment: Sandhar Technologies was incorporated in 1987

Product & Service Offering: Company offers diverse range of automotive components,parts and systems. Sandhar technologies is a leader in the two wheeler locking systems market, and the commercial vehicle rear view market in India. It also manufactures operator cabins in India, along with being the largest player in the excavator cabins market.      

Promoters of Sandhar Technologies limited.: Mr. Jayant Davar is the promoter of the company  

Customer segment: The company has around 80 Domestic and International OEMs. Some of the popular clients of the company are Escorts, Hero group, Honda Cars, Ashok Leyland, Komatsu, Volvo etc.

Objects of the Issue:

The Offer comprises of the Fresh Issue and the Offer for Sale.

The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used to repay the loan availed and to fulfill the general corporate purposes
