Introduction: Sintercom India Ltd. is one of fastest growing automotive sintered components manufacturer. Company deals in manufacturing sintered components for automotive engine, powertrain, exhaust systems and sensor components. Sintercom products are used both in the commercial as well as passenger vehicles. Company’s R&D team is focused on developing new products in engines, transmission systems and body chassis for automotive customers.

Date of Establishment: Sintercom located in Pune,India was established  in the year 2007

Product & Service Offering: Company’s basket of products include drivetrain gears, engine sprockets, pulleys, crankshaft bearing journals, transmission gears and synchro hubs, as well as ABS rings and Sensor Hego bosses and flanges.

Customer Segment: Sintercom majorly provides its manufacturing components to domestic players in the automotive sector such as Maruti Suzuki Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Bajaj Auto Limited and Fiat India Automobiles Private Limited.

Promoters of Sintercom India Ltd: Company has both individual and corporate promoters. Mr. Jignesh Raval is the individual promoter and BRN Industries Limited and Miba Sinter Holding are corporate promoters.

Objects of the Issue: The aim of the proposal is both for the fresh issue by the company and selling of shares by existing shareholders. The objective of the issue is to fund the expansion of production capacity of an existing unit, repayment of company debt, avail cash for running day to day operations of the company and general corporate funding requirements.
