Yes, the Samco app shows you the margin or funds required before you confirm any order. On the order placement screen, at the bottom you will always see two figures:
- Funds Required – the exact amount needed to place the order based on the quantity, price, and product type you have selected
- Funds Available – your current available balance in your trading account
These figures update in real time as you change the quantity or price on the order screen. This means you can adjust your order before placing it to ensure it fits within your available funds.
For a more detailed breakdown of your available margin and how it is calculated, you can go to the Funds section from the Home screen and tap on View Detailed Funds Breakdown.
