No. StockPlus margin is available only against free and unencumbered holdings in your Demat account.
Shares held under MTF are already pledged with Samco as collateral for the funded position. Since they are encumbered, they cannot be used again as collateral under StockPlus. Only holdings that are completely free and not pledged under any other facility are eligible.
