Can I trade Futures & Options in US stocks?
No. Futures & Options (F&O) trading is not available for US stocks on Samco. As per Indian regulations, Indian residents are only permitted to invest in US equities and ETFs. Trading in F&O instruments on foreign exchanges is not allowed under the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS).
Can I do intraday trading in US stocks?
No. Intraday trading is not permitted on the Samco US stocks platform. As per LRS regulations, Indian residents cannot buy and sell the same stock within the same trading day in foreign markets. All purchases are delivery-based and shares bought will be credited directly to your portfolio.
