Introduction: Bharat Road Network Limited is involved in the development, operations and maintenance of road and highway projects in the country. It’s a subsidiary of SREI infrastructure.  

Date of Establishment: Company was incorporated in the year 2006. 

Product & Service Offering: BRNL offers project management services to state governments which includes design, engineering, quality control, construction management, project consultation and many other project management related services.

Customer Segment: The company serve state governments through its offerings.  

Promoters of Bharat Road Network Ltd: The promoter of the company are

     1. Srei Infrastructure ("SREI")
     2. Make in India Fund

Objects of the Fresh Issue: The object of the issue is to

  1. For part financing of the STPL Project in the form of interest free unsecured loans

  2. Acquisition of the subordinated debt in the form of unsecured loan s/OCPIDs/warrants/OCDs, advanced/held by SREI to STPL, KEPL and MTPL

  3. leverage the benefits of getting listed on exchanges

  4. providing easy exit to current investors.
