Sun Retail Limited is engaged in the dealing of refined/filtered edible oils. The company distributes its products under the brand name of ‘Dharti’ and ‘Dharti Singtel’ in Gujarat.

Date of Incorporation: The company was originally incorporated as ‘ShivJosh Foods Private Limited’ on 28th May 2007 in the states of Gujarat. Eventually, it was reconstructed into the public limited company as ‘Sun Retail Limited’ on 21st December 2017.

Promoters of Sun Retail Limited: TJR Agrocom Private Limited is the sole promoter of Sun Retail Limited.

Products and Services Offering: The company offers refined/edible oil in individual packing sizes that range from 15 KG tin, 15 Litre Jars, 1 Litre pouch, 500ML bottles to 500ML pouches.

The main product line of the company includes:

- Double Filtered Groundnut Oil

- Refined Cottonseed Oil

- Refined Sun Flower Oil

- Refined Palmolein

- Refined Soyabean Oil

Customer Segments: The company has a strong presence in some of the major cities across Gujarat. Besides this, the company wants to expand its customer base across PAN India.
