The company is headquartered in Latur, Maharashtra.

The company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and processing of soybean crude oil and soybean de-oiled cake (DOC) through solvent extraction. Operating under a B2B model, it supplies crude oil to refining companies and DOC to animal feed manufacturers. The company offers both regular and high-protein DOC variants based on customer requirements.

Yashhtej Industries has also diversified into renewable energy, securing a Letter of Award to develop a 5 MW solar power project under a government scheme. With turnover exceeding ?30,000 lakhs in FY 2024-25, the company focuses on operational efficiency, forward integration into edible oil refining, and sustainable growth initiatives.
