  • A share is the smallest unit by which the ownership of anybody on any company is ascertained
  • A stock is the collection of shares of a single company or collection of shares of multiple companies

Share Meaning in hindi & Stock Meaning in hindi :

  • शेयर, सबसे छोटा इकाई होता है जो किसी भी व्यक्ति का किसी भी कंपनी में स्वमित्वा दर्शाता है | जिसके पास जितना शेयर्स होंगे वह धारक उस कंपनी का उतना ही मालिक होगा
  • शेयर्स के संग्रह को स्टॉक भी कहा जाता है | यह एक कंपनी का भी हो सकता है और कई सारी कम्पनीज को मिला के भी बनाया जा सकता है

Stock Market or Share Market Meaning:

  • A Share market or a stock market is place where securities like equities, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds etc are bought and sold with ease. Share market is also known as a stock market or stock exchange. In India, there are around 17 exchanges approved by SEBI and are functional.

Stock Market or Share Market Meaning in Hindi :

  • शेयर मार्किट एक ऐसा जगह है जहाँ पे लोग सिक्योरिटीज जैसे की इक्विटी, म्यूच्यूअल फंड्स आदि में व्यापार करते है | सामान्यता शेयर मार्किट को स्टॉक मार्किट भी बोला जाता है | भारत में १७ स्टॉक एक्सचैंजेस कार्यरत हैं जिसे सेबी की मान्यता प्राप्त है |

BSE meaning:

  • BSE is the shorter form of Bombay Stock Exchange.  BSE is the oldest and the largest securities market in India and has been operational since 1875. Currently there 6000 stocks or shares which are traded on BSE

BSE meaning in Hindi:

  • बी. एस. ई. का फुल फॉर्म है बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज। यह भारत का सबसे पुराना और सबसे बड़ा स्टॉक एक्सचेंज है जो कि १८७५ से चल रहा है | आज की तारीख में ६००० से ज्यादा स्टॉक्स का व्यापार बी.एस.ई. पे होता है  

NSE  Meaning:

  • NSE is the shorter form of National Stock Exchange, which is the most popular stock exchange in India as well as in the world. NSE was established in 1992 in Mumbai and it’s the one of the most complicated exchanges in the world and ranked as the 4th best stock exchange in the world by trading in equity segment in 2015.

NSE meaning in Hindi:

  • एन. एस. ई.,  बी.एस.ई. की तरह स्टॉक एक्सचेंज जिसकी स्थापना १९९२ में हुआ था| भारत और दुनिया में  एन. एस. ई. सबसे ज्यादा और सबसे विकसित स्टॉक एक्सचेंज है|

Nifty or Nifty 50 meaning:

  • Nifty 50 is the index employed by NSE to gauge the overall market sentiments of Indian stock market. Nifty 50 is the word meaning National Stock Exchange Fifty. Conventionally 50 stocks of companies are used to calculate Nifty. Presently there are 51 scripts used to calculate Nifty 50. 51st stock is the DVR of tata motors.

Nifty or Nifty 50 meaning in Hindi.

  • निफ़्टी या निफ़्टी ५० एक इंडेक्स है , जिसे एन. एस. ई.इस्तमाल करता है पूरे भारतीय स्टॉक मार्किट  वर्तमान स्तिथि को दर्शाने के लिए | इसकी गणना के लिए ५१ स्टॉक्स का इस्तमाल किया जाता है | ५१वा शेयर टाटा मोटर्स DVR है |    

Sensex or Sensex 30 Meaning:

  • Sensex is the market index used by BSE to gauge the sentiments of Indian stock market. Sensex is the combination of words sensitive and index. Sensex 30 means that 30 stocks are used to calculate sensex 30.

Sensex or Sensex 30 Meaning in Hindi:

  • सेंसेक्स ३० इंडेक्स का इस्तमाल  बी.एस.ई. करता है जो स्टॉक मार्किट के वर्तमान दशा को अंकित करता है | सेंसेक्स सेंसिटिव और इंडेक्स को मिला के एक शब्द का निर्माण किया गया है |  इसकी गणना में ३० शेयर्स का इस्तमाल किया जाता है |

Demat Account Meaning:

  • Demat or Demat Account is the term used to denote a repository where all information related to stock holding of any individual is held digitally. There are mainly Depository in India , NSDL and CDSL connected through approved financial institutions like banks and stock brokers in india.

Demat Account Meaning in hindi:

  • डीमैट अकाउंट एक ऐसा अकाउंट है जिसमे शरधारको का शेयर्स की सारी जानकारी होती हैं | भारत में NSDL और CDSL दो प्रमुख कंपनी है जो डीमैट अकाउंट को मेन्टेन करती है और इसे सामान्य शेयरधारको से बैंक और स्टॉक ब्रोकर जोड़ता है |

Dividend  meaning:

  • Dividend the money paid by a company to its shareholders out of its profits. So basically dividend declaration can be thought as the process where a company divides its profits among its shareholders.

Dividend meaning in hindi:

  • डिविडेंड को हिंदी में लाभांश भी कहते है | जब भी कोई कंपनी मुनाफा करती है तो उससे वह शेयरधारको में लाभांश के माध्यम से बांटती है

Attention Investors:

"Prevent un-authorized transactions in your account --> Update your mobile numbers/email IDs with your stock brokers and depository participants. Receive information of your transactions directly from Exchange or Depository on your mobile/email at the end of the day. Issued in the interest of investors"

"KYC is one time exercise while dealing in securities markets - once KYC is done through a SEBI registered intermediary (broker, DP, Mutual Fund etc.), you need not undergo the same process again when you approach another intermediary."

"No need to issue cheques by investors while subscribing to IPO. Just write the bank account number and sign in the application form to authorise your bank to make payment in case of allotment. No worries for refund as the money remains in investor's account."

Brokerage charged will not exceed maximum limit as prescribed by SEBI.

This is with reference to communication received from SEBI/Exchanges stating that some fraudster entities have been operating throughout India and sending bulk messages to the clients trading on the recognized stock exchanges on the pretext of providing investment tips and luring with hefty profits, all clients are requested not to get carried away by luring advertisements, rumours, hot tips, explicit/ implicit promise of returns, etc.

The modus operandi observed is that once a client pays amount to them, huge profits are shown in his account online inducing more investment. However, they stop responding when client demands return of amount invested and profit earned.

Stock Brokers can accept securities as margin from clients only by way of pledge in the depository system w.e.f. September 1, 2020.

Update your mobile number & email Id with your stock broker/depository participant and receive OTP directly from depository on your email id and/or mobile number to create pledge.

Pay 20% upfront margin of the transaction value to trade in cash market segment.

Investors may please refer to the Exchange's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) issued vide circular reference NSE/INSP/45191 dated July 31, 2020 and NSE/INSP/45534 dated August 31, 2020 and other guidelines issued from time to time in this regard.
