You can change your password easily through the Samco Mobile App by following these steps:
- Open the Samco Mobile App.
- Tap on your Profile Icon (top-left corner).
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap on Change Password.
- Enter the following details:
- Old Password
- New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Tap on Continue.
Your password will be updated instantly.
Password Guidelines (Recommended for Security)
- The password should be minimum 6 and maximum 12 characters.
- Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using personal details such as your name, date of birth, or mobile number.
- Your new password cannot be the same as your last 3 passwords.
- Do not share your password with anyone.
- Change your password regularly to keep your account secure.
