You will receive a secure document correction link on your registered email and SMS.
Simply use that link to re-upload the required document — there is no need to restart the entire process.
How to Upload the Correct Document?
1. Check your Email or SMS
You will receive a secure link from Samco mentioning the specific document that needs correction.
2. Click the Link
The link will take you directly to the upload page. No login is required.
3. Reupload the deficient document/details
- Ensure all details are clearly readable
- Avoid glare or blur
- Ensure the entire document is visible
4. Complete the eSign Process
After uploading the corrected document, you may be required to complete the Aadhaar OTP-based eSign process again to validate the changes. Follow the on-screen instructions and authenticate using the OTP received on your Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
5. Submit the Document
Once uploaded and eSigned (if applicable), our KYC team will review and update your status.
6. Track Your Progress
You will receive updates once your document is approved, and your account opening process will continue smoothly.
