No. Payout requests are not processed on weekends or bank/exchange holidays.
You can place a withdrawal request anytime the Samco App and Samco Star Back Office are available 24×7. However, processing happens only on working days.
What this means for your request:
- Placed on a Saturday or Sunday → Processed on Monday (or the next working day).
- Placed on a bank/exchange holiday → Processed on the next working day.
- Standard TAT of 24 working hours applies once processing begins.
