All your segment-wise funds are reflected in a single common ledger balance. As long as the funds are free and withdrawable, you can place a payout request regardless of which segment they came from.
Keep in mind: Funds blocked for open positions, margin requirements, or collateral are not eligible for withdrawal and this applies across all segments.
