Before doing anything, check two things:
- Was your bank debited? — Open your bank app or check your SMS. If there’s no debit, the transaction didn’t go through and you can retry straight away.
- Did Samco receive the funds? — Log in and check your ledger balance. UPI transfers sometimes reflect with a short delay.
If your bank was debited but Samco wasn’t credited: Don’t retry yet. The amount will be reversed automatically within 3 to 4 working days
Once the reversal reflects in your bank account, you can retry safely.
If it doesn’t come through in that window, raise a ticket on Samco Support with your UPI Ref ID, date, and amount.
