A withdrawal failure is different from a rejection — it means the payout was initiated but could not be completed due to a technical issue. Here are the common reasons:

• Incorrect or inactive bank account – If your registered bank account details have changed or the account is inactive, the payout will fail at the bank’s end.
• Bank-side technical issue – Temporary issues at your bank’s end can cause the credit to fail even after Samco processes the payout.
• Funds utilized after placing the withdrawal request – If you placed a withdrawal request but used the same funds for trading before the payout was processed, the withdrawal will fail due to insufficient available balance at the time of execution.

What happens to your money: If a withdrawal fails, the amount will be automatically reversed back to your Samco trading account.
