The company confirmed that, effective November 20, all refinery inputs have shifted to non-Russian feedstock. This proactive transition helps RIL comply with upcoming restrictions on product imports linked to Russian crude. All fuel shipments from December 1 onward will be based solely on alternative crude sources.
Reliance Industries – Consumer Division
Reliance Consumer Products Ltd (RCPL), the FMCG arm of RIL, announced its entry into the pet food market with the launch of its new brand Waggies. The brand will offer two product variants—Waggies and Waggies Pro—priced at ₹199 per kg and ₹249 per kg respectively, along with ₹20 trial packs. The formulations include essential nutrients such as DHA, prebiotics, vitamins, and herbal extracts.
JSW Energy Ltd
JSW Energy strengthened its insolvency-linked portfolio after the Committee of Creditors approved its resolution plan for Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The Letter of Intent was issued on November 19. This development follows JSW Energy’s earlier acquisition of KSK Mahanadi Power Company in March 2025, through which it received indirect ownership of the rail infrastructure asset. Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure provides coal-transportation rail connectivity to KSK’s 1,800 MW operational and 1,800 MW under-construction thermal power units.
Hyundai Motor India
Hyundai has expanded its clean-energy footprint by investing an additional ₹21.46 crore into FPEL TN Wind Farm Pvt Ltd. This tranche allotment includes 25.58 lakh equity shares, raising Hyundai’s total stake to 26.49% and total cumulative investment to ₹38.05 crore. The investment aligns with the company’s broader decarbonisation and green-power objectives.
Technology, AI & Digital Services

TCS has entered a strategic collaboration with global investment firm TPG Terabyte Bidco to support the expansion of HyperVault—its AI-focused data centre subsidiary. The partners will jointly invest up to ₹18,000 crore over multiple phases. TPG’s contribution could go up to ₹8,820 crore and is expected to result in a final ownership stake between 27.5% and 49%. HyperVault aims to build AI-ready data centres with eventual capacity exceeding one gigawatt, meeting India’s rapidly rising AI computing needs.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services
