India Cements Share Price Rises 5% as UltraTech Opens 6.5% Stake Sale

India Cements share price gained nearly 5% in early trade on August 21, moving around ₹388 per share. The rise came after UltraTech Cement initiated its offer for sale (OFS) to divest a part of its holding in the company.

Meanwhile, UltraTech Cement’s own shares were trading in the red, slipping 0.3% to ₹12,835 apiece at 9:30 AM.
