Indus Towers
Indus Towers reported a 17.3% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit to ₹1,839.3 crore, while revenue rose 9.7% to ₹8,188.2 crore. Other income dropped by 27.2%.
Indian Oil Corporation
The energy major posted a profit of ₹7,817.6 crore, reversing a loss of ₹169.6 crore in the previous year. Revenue grew marginally by 2.1% to ₹1.78 lakh crore.
PNB Housing Finance
The housing lender’s standalone profit rose 32.8% YoY to ₹626.5 crore, driven by a 16.1% growth in revenue to ₹2,167.9 crore.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders
Profit increased 28.1% YoY to ₹749.5 crore, with revenue up 6.3% at ₹2,929.2 crore. The board announced an interim dividend of ₹6 per share.
Raymond
Profit declined sharply by 76.5% to ₹13.9 crore, while revenue grew 11.4% to ₹527.7 crore.
Sai Silks Kalamandir
The retailer saw a 68.6% YoY surge in profit to ₹40.1 crore and a 27.9% jump in revenue to ₹444.3 crore, reflecting strong festive demand.
JK Tyre and Industries
JK Tyre reported a 64% increase in profit to ₹221.4 crore, with revenue up 10.8% at ₹4,011.3 crore.
Sona BLW Precision Forgings
The company’s profit rose 20% YoY to ₹172.8 crore, and revenue climbed 23.4% to ₹1,138.3 crore, supported by robust demand in the auto components sector.

Aditya Birla Capital
According to reports, Jomei Investments is likely to sell up to 2% of its stake in Aditya Birla Capital through block deals at a floor price of ₹304.55 per share.
Dilip Buildcon
The infrastructure firm was declared L-1 bidder for a ₹879.3 crore road project awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Tamil Nadu.
NTPC Green Energy
The company signed an MoU with Paradip Port Authority to develop green hydrogen-based mobility and derivative projects in the Paradip Port area.
