The amount was debited from my bank but is not reflecting in my Samco account. What should I do?

If the amount has been debited from your bank but hasn’t appeared in your Samco trading account, here’s what to do:

If you used UPI or Net Banking: These transfers are generally instant. If the amount is debited but not reflecting, it is likely a bank-side processing issue. Wait for 30 minutes — in most cases the amount will reflect automatically once the bank completes the transfer.

If you used IMPS: Wait up to 1 hour before checking again.

If you used NEFT or RTGS: These can take 2–3 working hours depending on your bank’s clearing timelines.

If the amount still hasn’t reflected after the above wait times, contact Samco Support with your Client Code, UTR number, transferred amount, and payment screenshot.
