Opening a HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) account at Samco is done through the offline process. Please follow the steps below carefully.

Step-by-Step Process to Open a HUF Account with Samco

Step 1: Download and Fill the Form

You can download the HUF Account Opening Form from our website. Fill in all required details, and ensure all signatures and HUF stamps (where applicable) are provided.

Step 2: Collect HUF Documents (Self-Attested)

• HUF PAN Card (with HUF stamp and signature)
• HUF Bank Proof (Latest 3-month bank statement with stamp/signature OR cancelled cheque)
• HUF Address Proof (Latest 3-month bank statement with stamp and signature)
• HUF Income Proof (Latest 6-month bank statement OR latest ITR)

Step 3: Collect Karta’s Documents (Self-Attested)

• Karta’s PAN Card
• Karta’s Address Proof
• Karta’s Recent Photograph

Step 4: Collect Coparceners’ Documents (Self-Attested)

• PAN Card of each coparcener
• Address Proof of each coparcener
• Photograph of each coparcener

Step 5: Additional Mandatory Declarations

• FATCA Declaration
• HUF Declaration
• HUF Deed (legal document establishing the HUF)

Important Notes

• All documents must be self-attested.
• Ensure that names, PAN details, and signatures match exactly across all documents to avoid delays in processing.
