Are there any charges for requesting a physical cheque for my redemption payout?
Yes – if you request a physical cheque instead of receiving your redemption amount directly in your bank account, a charge of ₹100 plus applicable taxes applies for issuing that cheque.
This charge is specifically for physical cheque issuance and doesn’t apply if you receive your redemption payout through the standard electronic transfer to your registered bank account, which is the default and doesn’t carry any extra charge.
