Can I Use MTF to Trade in the Derivatives Segment?

No. MTF is not available for the derivatives segment. It applies only to equity delivery trades meaning stocks in the cash segment (NSE and BSE).

Futures and options (F&O) have their own margin requirements set by the exchanges. MTF is a separate facility designed specifically for buying delivery stocks with partial payment.
