My redemption isn’t going through – what does “DDPI not submitted” mean?
DDPI (Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction) is an authorization that allows RankMF/Samco to debit units from your demat account for redemption, without you having to sign a physical delivery instruction slip each time.
If your DDPI isn’t submitted, redemption of units held in demat form can get blocked. You’ll need to complete your DDPI authorisation, usually a one-time process before redemption requests for those holdings can go through.
