What happens if I forget to log in on a trading day?
You will get reminders through the day, and there are backups so the algo’s trades are not missed.
- Reminders: a push notification, then in-app alerts, then an SMS or email, and a call if needed
- Email approval: if an order needs to be placed and you still have not logged in, Samco emails you the proposed trades. If you have set up the Gmail auto-reply, it approves the order automatically
- WhatsApp confirmation: if no reply reaches Samco within 5 minutes, you get a WhatsApp message with the trade details and a Confirm button. Once you confirm, Samco places the trades on your behalf
