ITC Ltd

ITC reported a 2% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit to ₹5,180 crore for Q2 FY26, surpassing Street expectations. Revenue declined 3.4% to ₹18,021 crore, while EBITDA grew 2.1% to ₹6,252 crore, improving margins to 34.7% from 32.8% last year. The board appointed Amitabh Kant as Independent Director for five years and reappointed Hemant Malik as Wholetime Director for two years.

Swiggy Ltd

Food delivery platform Swiggy posted a net loss of ₹1,092 crore, widening from ₹626 crore last year, despite a 54% revenue jump to ₹5,561 crore. The company will consider raising up to ₹10,000 crore via QIP or other modes on November 7.

Dabur India Ltd

Dabur’s consolidated net profit grew 6.5% YoY to ₹444.8 crore, slightly below expectations, while revenue rose 5.4% to ₹3,191 crore. Operating margin held steady at 18.4%, supported by stable performance across its healthcare and home care segments.

NTPC Ltd

India’s largest power generator reported flat profit growth at ₹4,653 crore for Q2 FY26, compared with ₹4,648 crore last year. Revenue increased 2.9% to ₹39,166 crore, with EBITDA up 3.4% at ₹10,019 crore. Margins improved to 25.6% from 24%, in line with market estimates.

Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd

The asset manager posted a 4.2% drop in net profit to ₹345 crore despite record operating profit of ₹419 crore. Revenue grew 15.2% to ₹658 crore. The company announced an interim dividend of ₹9 per share, with record date on November 6 and payment from November 14.

Welspun Corp Ltd

Welspun Corp’s consolidated net profit jumped 53% YoY to ₹439 crore, driven by 32.5% revenue growth to ₹4,373 crore. EBITDA increased 47.7% to ₹590.8 crore, while margins expanded to 13.5%.

Gillette India Ltd

The company posted an 11% profit rise to ₹49.1 crore, supported by higher sales and operational efficiency. Revenue grew 3.7% to ₹810.8 crore, and EBITDA rose 9.1% to ₹207.7 crore, with margins improving to 25.6%.

Manappuram Finance Ltd

Manappuram Finance reported a 62% decline in profit to ₹217 crore, impacted by lower net interest income (down 18.5% YoY to ₹1,408 crore). The results indicate pressure on the gold loan segment despite elevated gold prices.

Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL)

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)
