How do I add funds to my Samco trading account?

You can add funds to your Samco trading account through the Samco Mobile App or the Samco Star Back Office. Here’s how to do it on each.

Via Samco Mobile App

  1. Open the Samco App and log in with your Client ID and password.
  2. Tap the Wallet icon on the home screen.
  3. Select Add Funds.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer.
  5. Choose your preferred payment mode — UPI, Net Banking, IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS.
  6. Complete the payment process as prompted.

Via Samco Star Back Office (Web)

  1. Log in to the Samco Star Back Office.
  2. Click on Funds from the left sidebar.
  3. Select Add Funds and proceed with the payment.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Always transfer funds from your registered bank account only and third-party transfers are not permitted.
  • Fund reflection time depends on the payment mode used. UPI and Net Banking are generally instant; NEFT/RTGS may take a few hours.
  • If the amount is debited from your bank but not reflected in your trading account, raise a support ticket with your Client Code, UTR number, and payment screenshot.
