I have clients who redeemed, do redemptions reduce my points on the Partner Portal?
Yes, for mutual funds. Mutual Fund points are based on net sales, which means purchases minus redemptions. When a client redeems, the redeemed amount is subtracted from your net sales.
Where to find it: Dashboard > Total Points > Points Contribution Summary > Mutual Fund

- You earn 1 point per ₹1 of net MF sales.
- If redemptions are higher than purchases, net sales can go below zero and reduce points you earned earlier.
