I see a Clients at Risk section, which redemptions and SIP stops are counted in it on the Partner Portal?
Clients at Risk warns you early about clients who may be moving money out, so you can reach out to them in time.
Where to find it: Dashboard > Clients at Risk
Key points
- Redemptions: clients who redeemed in the last 7 days, with the number of clients and the value.
- SIPs stopped this month: clients whose SIPs were cancelled in the current month, with the monthly value lost.
- Click a row to open the matching orders in Track.
