I want to know the difference between Active Clients and Total Clients on the Partner Portal?
Total Clients is everyone who has been onboarded under you. Active Clients are those who hold investments in their Samco account or have traded in the last 3 months.
Where to find it: Dashboard > Performance Overview > Active Clients
Key points
- The large number on the card is Active Clients. Total Clients is shown at the bottom of the same card.
- Click the card, or Clients in the left menu, for the full list.
