Why do I need to complete KYC (CVL KRA) before I can invest?
CVL KRA validation confirms your KYC details are verified and active with a KYC Registration Agency. This is a SEBI requirement for anyone investing in mutual funds in India; it isn’t specific to RankMF or Samco.
If your KYC status shows as “on hold” or “not verified,” you’ll need to complete or update it before your first investment goes through.
This is usually a one-time step. Once verified, it applies across any mutual fund platform you use, not just RankMF.
