A pending fund transfer usually means your payment is still within the normal processing window. Here are the most common reasons:
1. Payment mode processing time Different payment modes have different reflection times:
- UPI / Net Banking : Generally instant, but may take a few minutes in rare cases.
- IMPS : Usually reflects within minutes to 1 hour.
- NEFT / RTGS : May take 2–3 working hours depending on bank clearing timelines.
2. Transfer during non-banking hours or holiday If the transfer was made during non-banking hours, on a weekend, or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
3. Transfer from an unregistered bank account If the funds were transferred from a bank account not registered with Samco, the credit may be delayed or put on hold.
What you can do:
- Check your bank statement to confirm whether the amount has been debited.
- Allow some time based on the payment mode used.
- If the amount is debited but still not reflected after the expected timeline, move to the next step and raise a support ticket.
If the amount hasn’t reflected within the expected timeline, contact Samco Support with your Client Code, UTR number, transferred amount, and payment screenshot.
