NBCC confirmed that the order was received during the normal course of business and involves no related-party transactions.

Godawari Power & Ispat

Godawari Power & Ispat has expanded its clean-energy footprint through additional funding to its subsidiary, Godawari New Energy Private Ltd. The company invested ₹124.95 crore by subscribing to 12.49 crore non-cumulative, optionally convertible redeemable preference shares at face value. The funds will be used for capital expenditure and working capital needs for developing a 10 GWh battery energy storage system plant.

Adani Enterprises & Jaiprakash Associates

Adani Enterprises has received approval from the Committee of Creditors for its ₹14,535 crore bid to acquire Jaiprakash Associates under the IBC process. Following the approval, Adani Enterprises received the Letter of Intent from the Resolution Professional on November 19.
