This message means the stock you are trying to trade is not eligible for the product type you selected on the Samco app.
Why does this happen?
Not all stocks are available under every product type. Some stocks are restricted from Intraday (MIS), Cover Order (CO), or Bracket Order (BO) trading by the exchange or by Samco’s RMS based on liquidity and risk factors.
What you need to do:
Switch to a different product type:
- To buy the stock for delivery → select Delivery (CNC)
- To trade it in Futures & Options → select Overnight (NRML)
If the stock is restricted for intraday entirely, Delivery (CNC) will be the only available option.
