When a deposit fails after your bank account has been debited, the payment gateway or bank initiates a reversal to the source account as part of the standard reconciliation process.
Reversal timelines:

| Payment gateway / UPI failure | 4 to 5 working days |
| Unlinked bank refund | 3 to 5 working days |
