A pending withdrawal usually means your request is still within the standard processing window. Here are the most common reasons:
1. Request placed after the 6:00 AM cut-off If your request was placed after 6:00 AM, it will be processed in the next payout cycle and not the same day. This is the most common reason for a pending status.
2. Non-working day Withdrawals are processed only on working days. If your request was placed on a weekend or exchange holiday, it will be picked up on the next working day.
3. Insufficient clear balance Only your withdrawable balance is eligible for payout. If your balance includes unsettled funds or margin in use, those amounts cannot be withdrawn yet.
4. Bank processing delay Even after Samco processes the request, your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
What you can do: Check your withdrawal status in the Funds section of the Samco App. If the request is still showing, it means it is queued and being processed.
If your withdrawal has been pending beyond 24 working hours, contact Samco Support with your withdrawal reference details.
