How can I reset my MPIN if I forget it on the Partner Portal?
Forgot your MPIN? You can reset it in a minute using an OTP.
Where to find it: Login page > Forgot MPIN?
Steps
- On the Partner Login page, click Forgot MPIN?
- Enter your Partner Code and click Send OTP. The OTP is sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
- Enter the OTP and click Verify OTP.
- Enter your New MPIN, confirm it, and click Save MPIN.
Good to know
- Click Login with MPIN to go back to the login screen.
