If your account gets blocked due to multiple incorrect password attempts (for example, after 3 wrong attempts), you can easily unblock it by following these steps:
- On the login screen, after the third incorrect attempt, an “Enter OTP / Account Blocked” pop-up will appear. Tap on “Unblock and Change Password” to proceed.
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number and registered email ID.
- Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
- Once the verification is complete, you will need to reset your password by entering a new password and confirming it. Your account will then be unblocked.
- Complete the biometric authentication process
After completing these steps, you can log in and continue trading.
