You can withdraw funds from your Samco trading account through the Samco Mobile App or the Samco Star Back Office (web platform). Here’s how to do it on each.
Via Samco Mobile App
- Open the Samco App and log in with your Client ID and password.
- Tap the Wallet icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
- Select Withdraw.
- You’ll see your available balance and previous withdrawal details on this screen.
- Scroll down, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and tap Submit.
Via Samco Star Back Office (Web)
- Log in to the Samco Star Back Office at https://web.samco.in
- Click on Funds from the left sidebar menu.
- Select Withdraw.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and click Submit.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Withdrawals are processed only to your primary registered bank account or third-party transfers are not allowed.
- Withdrawal requests are processed as per the standard payout cycle and cut-off timings.
- Only your clear (withdrawable) balance can be withdrawn and ledger balance and withdrawable balance may differ.
