The general turnaround time (TAT) for withdrawals is up to 24 working hours from the time your request is processed.
However, the exact timeline depends on when you place the request:
If you place the request before 6:00 AM: Your withdrawal will be processed and credited to your bank account by 2:00 PM on the same working day.
If you place the request after 6:00 AM: Your withdrawal will be picked up in the next payout cycle and credited within 24 working hours from the next working day.
Example: If you place a withdrawal request on a Monday at 10:30 AM, the amount will be processed and credited by Tuesday at 2:00 PM.
A few things to keep in mind:
- The 24-hour TAT applies to working hours, not calendar hours and weekends and exchange holidays are not counted.
- If the credit hasn’t reflected beyond the expected timeline, check with your bank first and sometimes the delay is on the bank’s end, not Samco’s.
