A rejected withdrawal is usually due to one of these reasons:
- Unsettled funds – Shares sold today are available for withdrawal only after T+1 settlement. Wait for the next working day and retry.
- Insufficient withdrawable balance – Check your actual withdrawable balance in the Funds section. It may be lower than your ledger balance due to open positions or margin in use.
- Request after cut-off time – Place a fresh request on the next working day.
- Incorrect or inactive bank account – Update your bank details with Samco Support before retrying.
- Amount exceeds withdrawable balance – Re-enter an amount within your available withdrawable balance.
Once you’ve identified the reason, correct it and place a fresh request. If the issue persists, contact Samco Support with your withdrawal reference details.
