How can I tag the source of a lead on the Partner Portal?
You choose the source while adding the lead. It helps you see which channels bring you the most business.
Where to find it: Leads > Add Active Lead > Source
Key points
- Active Lead sources: Friend, Event, Relatives, Existing Client, Digital Campaign or Other.
- Potential Lead Refer By options: Friend, Parent, Sibling, Spouse, Relative, Colleague, Client Reference, Social Media or Other.
- Use the Source Event filter in Leads to see leads from a particular source.
