I want to know the difference between Order History and Order Book on the Partner Portal?
Under Track you will find two order lists. Order History shows all mutual fund orders placed for your clients. DIT Order History shows the orders you initiated from the portal.
Where to find it: Track > Order History / DIT Order History
Key points
- Order History: every order, online and offline, including SIPs, purchases, switches, redemptions, STPs and SWPs, with the order status and the exchange response.
- DIT Order History: orders you started from Invest in MF, split into DIT Order, Custom Basket Order and Basket Order.
- There is no separate Order Book. Use Order History for the full picture.
